Good morning, everyone and thank you for joining us on Capri Holdings Limited’s fourth quarter fiscal 2022 conference call. With me this morning are Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, John Idol and Chief Financial and Chief Operating Officer, Tom Edwards.

Thank you, Jennifer. Good morning, everyone. Looking back on fiscal 2022, I am proud of the progress we made across all our luxury houses. Our three powerful brands: Versace, Jimmy Choo and Michael Kors, continue to resonate with consumers, as evidenced by the 11.5 million new consumers added across our databases over the last year.
