Thank you, Lateef. Good afternoon everyone and welcome to H&R Block's second quarter fiscal 2023 financial results conference call. Joining me today are Jeff Jones, our President and Chief Executive Officer, and Tony Bowen, our Chief Financial Officer.

Today I will begin with a summary of our Q2 results, progress on Block Horizons, and the momentum we have entering the tax season. Then, Tony will provide details on our financial performance, and we’ll open it up for Q&A.
