As I have stated in the past, Spirit has great tenants, a pristine balance sheet and a fully integrated asset management and acquisition platform that is producing results. Our underwriting approach focused on industry relevance, in-depth credit analysis and real estate fundamentals allows us to pursue a wider opportunity set, which we believe generates more value for our stockholders.
