Thank you, operator, and good morning, everyone. Welcome to Nikola Corporation’s first quarter 2023 earnings and business update call. Joining me today are Michael Lohscheller, Chief Executive Officer; Stasy Pasterick, Chief Financial Officer; and Carey Mendes, President of Energy.
