On the call with me today from Kite Realty Group are Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, John Kite; President and Chief Operating Officer, Tom McGowan; Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Heath Fear; Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, Dave Buell; and Senior Vice President, Capital Markets and Investor Relations, Tyler Henshaw.

I will now turn the call over to John.

Alright. Thanks, Bryan and good morning or good afternoon, everybody. Look, to say that we are proud of what we accomplished here at KRG during the course of 2022 would just be a massive understatement. We are currently at the lowest leverage levels and highest fixed charge coverage ratios in KRG’s history. Our ABR per square foot, leasing volumes and blended cash leasing spreads are at a high watermark for KRG. For those reasons, amongst many others, we achieved the highest total shareholder return among our peer group, which is a testament to our team’s ability to operate our platform at the highest level. I want to thank the entire team for all of its hard work, focus, and dedication. Our best days are clearly ahead of us and we are committed to extending our current streak of outperformance across every metric.
