Thank you. Good morning. Welcome to the Alkermes plc conference call to discuss our financial results and business update for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2022. With me today are Richard Pops, our CEO; Iain Brown, our CFO; and Todd Nichols, our Chief Commercial Officer.

Great. Thank you and good morning everyone. 2022 was a breakthrough year for our commercial organization. We achieved record sales and double-digit growth, compared to the prior year for our portfolio of proprietary products driven by execution of our focused commercial strategy.
