Please note that on today's call, the company will address certain factors that may impact this year's earnings and provide some longer-term guidance. Some of the information that will be discussed today contains forward-looking statements. These statements are based on management's assumptions, which may or may not come true, and you should refer to the language on Pages 2 and 3 of the presentation and the press release as well as our SEC filings for a description of the factors that may cause actual results to differ from our forward-looking statements.

Thanks, Tom. I'm pleased you're joining us today to discuss the Southwest Gas Holdings fourth quarter and year-end results. Turning to Slide 5. I'd like to start the presentation with some strategic updates over the last few months. In December, we announced that we were moving forward with two transactions.
The sale of MountainWest and the spin of Century. We announced the close of the MountainWest South Williams on February 14, 2023, and with the $1.1 billion in net proceeds going towards debt reduction at Southwest Gas Holdings, creating more flexibility with our balance sheet and financing needs.
