Thank you, operator. Good morning, everyone. Welcome to New Jersey Resources Third Quarter Fiscal '22 Conference Call and Webcast.

I'm joined here today by Stephen Westhoven, our President and CEO; Roberto Bel, our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer; as well as other members of our senior management team.
