Thanks, Todd, and good morning to everyone. Thank you for joining us either by phone or online for Black Stone's first quarter 2023 earnings conference call. We posted a strong quarter and despite headwinds in the current pricing environment, we continue to see success in our development programs with Aethon and various operators in the Chalk, among others.
