Thank you, Lateef. Good morning and thank you for joining the Integra LifeSciences fourth quarter and full year 2022 earnings conference call. Joining me on the call this morning are Jan De Witte, President and Chief Executive Officer; Jeff Mosebrook, Chief Accounting Officer; and Mathieu Aussermeier, Vice President, Corporate FP&A, Investor Relations & Treasurer.

Earlier today, we issued a press release announcing our fourth quarter 2022 and full year 2022 financial results.
