Thank you. Good afternoon, everyone and welcome to LifeStance Health's third quarter 2022 earnings conference call. I'm Monica Prokocki, Vice President of Investor Relations. Over my 4 decades in health care, I have observed how we, as a country, have underfunded mental health care and underserved millions of individuals with both diagnosed and undiagnosed mental health conditions and I witnessed firsthand the need for an integrated approach to physical and mental health treatment.
