Well, thank you, Schmoli, and good afternoon, everyone, and thank you for joining us. I'm Andy Harmening, and I'm joined here today by Derek Meyer, our Chief Financial Officer; and Pat Ahern, our Chief Credit Officer. I'd like to start things off by sharing some financial highlights from the quarter, and then from there, Derek will walk through an update on margin, income statement trends and capital, then Pat will provide an update on credit.
