Now, it is my pleasure to introduce you to Bill Kozy. Bill joined LivaNova's Board of Directors in 2018. After the conclusion of his 42-year career at Becton, Dickinson, where he retired as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2016. At BD, he served as a member of the corporate leadership team and held various executive roles since 1988. As a result, he brings expertise in strategy execution, operations and financial discipline.
