Thanks, Angie. Good morning everyone, and thank you for joining us today. We’re very pleased with our performance in the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2022. For the full-year, net revenue of $1.4 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $498.7 million exceeded our expectations that reflects our focus on executing our multi-year growth strategy.
