The results reflect our company's ongoing positive momentum as evidenced by our strong operating performance, including sustained high occupancy, raised guidance for the year and a recent dividend increase. I want to thank our team for their unwavering commitment to executing on our strategy to increase cash flow and to grow the value of our real estate.
