Good morning. Thank you all for joining us today. I'm pleased to report that, once again, we delivered solid results in the second quarter. After taking into account the impact of the sale of our Eastern US terminal facilities in late 2021 and the Point Tupper in April, our second quarter EBITDA was comparable to 2Q 2021 EBITDA, despite some timing and transition issues as Tom will talk about in a few minutes.
