Thank you, and welcome to the Olaplex second quarter fiscal year 2022 earnings call. With me today are JuE Wong, Chief Executive Officer; and Eric Tiziani, Chief Financial Officer. For today's call JuE will begin with the review of our second quarter performance and highlight the progress we made on our strategic initiatives. Then Eric, will provide additional details, regarding our second quarter and first half financial results and fiscal 2022 outlook.
