Good morning, everyone. Thank you for joining us for CMTG's first quarter earnings call. Before I get into my broader observations on the macroeconomic environment and as certain factors are impacting the commercial real estate market, let me provide a few comments on CMTG's performance in the first quarter. Our first quarter results were in line with our expectations, which reflects our team's solid execution. It was a relatively quiet quarter in terms of new originations and repayments, and the underlying credit quality of our portfolio has remained consistent since the start of the year. That continues to be driven by our focus on active asset management in a time of substantial market uncertainty and volatility.
