Good morning and thank you for joining us today. TTEC is hosting this call to discuss its first quarter financial results for the period ended March 31, 2023. Participating on today's call are Ken Tuchman, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TTEC; Shelly Swanback, Chief Executive Officer of TTEC Engage and President of TTEC; and Francois Bourret, Interim Chief Financial Officer of TTEC.

Thanks, Paul, and good morning, everyone. We appreciate you joining us today. We're off to a strong start in 2023 with a beat on both top and bottom line. Revenue increased 8.6% to $633 million on a constant currency basis. Adjusted EBITDA was $83 million or 13.1% of revenue, and non-GAAP EPS was $0.78 per share.
