With me here today are Curtis Griffith, our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Cory Newsom, our President, and Brent Bates, our Chief Credit Officer. Thank you, Steve, and good afternoon. On today's call, I will briefly review the highlights of our third quarter 2023 results as well as provide an update on our capital allocation priorities. Corey will discuss our loan portfolio in more detail and the opportunities that we have to reprice our portfolio to drive interest income growth over the next year. Steve will then conclude with a more detailed review of our financial results.
