Thank you, Brian. Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining us on today's third quarter 2023 earnings call and webcast. I’m happy to report another strong quarter highlighted by top line revenue growth of approximately 70% and FFO as adjusted per share growth of approximately 27% versus the same quarter of prior year. These results were driven by continued strong results in our experiential properties along with significant deferral collection.
