Thank you, Sarah. Good morning, everybody, and welcome to Farmland Partners third quarter earnings conference call and webcast.

Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to share with you our thinking and our strategy. In a format a bit less formal and more interactive than public filings and press releases.
