Hello, everyone, and welcome to Spok Holdings Third Quarter 2023 Earnings Call. I am joined by Vince Kelly, Chief Executive Officer; Mike Wallace, President of Spok Inc. and Chief Operating Officer; and Calvin Rice, Chief Financial Officer. After a brief presentation by management, we will open up the call to your questions.

Good morning. Thank you for joining us for our third quarter 2023 earnings call. I'm very pleased with how our team performed in the third quarter. We are excited by the growth we are generating in terms of revenue, profitability and cash flow. And we are excited by our prospects and our outlook.
Our strategic focus remains the same, that is to generate cash and return capital to our stockholders over the long term. We're accomplishing this by responsibly investing in our business to support growing revenue while closely managing our operating expenses and capital expenditures.
