As you will have seen this afternoon, we announced that I have decided after over 18 years with BioMarin to retire as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, effective December 1st of this year. And as many of you are aware, I recently actually turned 70, I cannot believe it myself. So I will not - will not be a surprise to you that succession planning has been underway with the Board over the past several years.
