Thank you. Good morning, everyone. Welcome to the V2X third quarter 2023 earnings conference call.

I'd like to take a second to introduce and welcome Shawn Mural, our new Chief Financial Officer. Shawn joined V2X from RTX Corporation just last month. Shawn brings a wealth of financial experience, most recently serving as CFO of Raytheon, as well as a deep understanding of the aerospace and defense industry, which will be beneficial to V2X as we continue to the next phase of our company's growth.
