Tom will start today's call by providing a high-level summary of the transaction announced this morning followed by a review of the third quarter and our progress on Primo Water's strategic initiatives. Then David will review our segment level performance and will discuss our third quarter financial performance in greater detail and offer our outlook for the full-year 2023 before handing the call back to Tom to provide a long-term view ahead of Q&A.
