Thank you, Latonia. Good morning and thank you for joining today to fiscal 2024 second quarter conference call. During the call, we will discuss some items that do not conform to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. We have reconciled those items to the most comparable GAAP measures in the tables at the end of the earnings press release. Well, thank you, Ivonne. And good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining us today. I'd like to begin the day with a quick overview of Thermon for those of you who may be new to the story. We're a world leader in providing safe, reliable and innovative mission-critical industrial process heating solutions to customers in 85 countries from facilities on four continents. Our technology is agnostic and many of our solutions enable the energy transition through decarbonization and electrification.
