I will begin the call with a review and reminder of our post-merger with our affiliate BDC, BlackRock Capital Investment Corporation. That was recently announced in September. I will then cover the overview of our third quarter results before turning the call over to our President and Chief Operating Officer, Phil Tseng, who will provide an update on our portfolio and investment activity.
