Thank you. And good morning, everyone, and welcome to Silicon Motion's Third Quarter 2023 Financial Results Conference Call and Webcast. Joining me today is Wallace Kou our President and CEO. Wallace will first provide a review of our key business developments and I will discuss our third quarter results and our outlook.
