Thank you, Cherryl. Good afternoon, everyone. Thanks for joining our call today. Before we dive into our third quarter results, I want to spend a moment on the exciting announcement we made yesterday regarding the future of Bumble Inc.'s leadership.

Lidiane Jones, who currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at Slack and has more than 2 decades of experience as a product, technology and business leader, will join Bumble Inc. as our next CEO effective January 2, 2024. At that time, I will transition to the role of Executive Chair.
