Good morning, and thank you for joining us on Hain Celestial's first quarter fiscal year 2024 earnings conference call. On the call today are Wendy Davidson, President and Chief Executive Officer and Lee Boyce.

Thank you, Alexis, and good morning, everyone. Thank you all for joining the call today. I'll begin by reviewing our fiscal first quarter results. I'll then provide a high-level overview of our Hain Reimagined strategy, which we introduced at our Investor Day in September, followed by an update on the early progress we've made. We will then review our financial results in more detail, along with our outlook for fiscal 2024.
