Thank you, operator. Good morning and good evening to everyone, and welcome to our second quarter fiscal year 2024 results briefing.

Moving to Page 3, you will see our agenda for today. Before we begin, I would like to take a moment to introduce you to our new Chief Financial Officer, Rachel Wilson. Rachel brings an impressive track record of over 25 years of experience, including extensive involvement in corporate finance, capital markets, leadership and development of high-performing teams, along with a demonstrated focus on driving profitable growth. We are thrilled to have Rachel join our team, and I am looking forward to partnering with her as we continue to harness James Hardie's momentum. Over the last year, we have continued to add talent, invest in the development of our team and align our structure to support our strategy. In my first year, we have consciously built our talent and select areas such as HR, marketing and technology while also supporting our existing team.
