Thank you, James. And thanks, everybody for joining us today. We are pleased to report another quarter of strong financial results. In the third quarter, the company generated $200 million in adjusted EBITDA and despite the conclusion of summer driving season and innovative refinery maintenance, late experienced a steady and sequential increase throughout the quarter.
