Good afternoon, everyone, and thank you for joining our third quarter 2023 earnings call. Jess will provide an in-depth review of our financial results, but before passing it to him, I'd like to share my perspective on the quarter and what drove our performance overall. Our non-GAAP revenue was up about 3% compared to the same quarter last year, while both non-GAAP and GAAP earnings metrics declined.
