Thank you. Hello, and welcome to the Owens & Minor First Quarter 2022 Earnings call. Our comments on the call will be focused on the financial results for the first quarter of 2022, as well as our full-year outlook for 2022. Both are included in today's press release. Today, I'm joined by Ed Pesicka, our President and Chief Executive Officer, and Andy Long, our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. I'll now turn the call over to Ed.

Thank you, Alex. Good afternoon, everyone and thanks for joining us on the call today. I'll review three areas this afternoon in my prepared remarks starting with the strong performance that we delivered in the first quarter of 2022. This is a result of our great execution and the expected momentum we carry from a record 2021 as previously discussed in our Q4 2021 earnings call. Secondly, how the Owens & Minor differentiated model led to another strong quarter. And finally, our continued focus on disciplined investing and operational execution to deliver long-term profitable growth.
