Thank you, and good afternoon. Welcome to Pagaya's third quarter 2022 earnings conference call.
Joining me today to talk about our business and results are Gal Krubiner, Chief Executive Officer of Pagaya; and Michael Kurlander, Chief Financial Officer.

For today agenda, I will discuss financial and operational highlights from the third quarter and provide an update on how we continue to expand our network and financial infrastructure before handing it over to our CFO, Mike Kurlander, to discuss our financial results and 2022 outlook in more detail. We will then take your questions.
