Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the Distribution Solutions Group fourth quarter and full year 2022 earnings call. Joining me for today's call are Bryan King, DSG's Chief Executive Officer and Chairman; and Ron Knutson, DSG's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. During the call, they will be providing an update on the business from an operational and financial perspective.
