Thanks, Charlie, and good morning, everyone. Also with me today are Dr. Jim Swift, our Chief Operating Officer and Marc Richards, our Chief Financial Officer. We're of course disappointed by our third quarter results compared to our internal forecast revenue was off by approximately 22 million and adjusted EBITDA missed by approximately 19 million. Roughly half of this variance reflect muted operating results from a handful of factors primarily related to neonatology volume and payer mix. However, the largest component of the miss was directly from our outsource billing and collection processes, which unfavorably impacted revenue and adjusted EBITDA by approximately 11 million and 9 million respectively.
