Good afternoon. Thank you for attending today's Paycom Software first quarter 2022 quarterly results. My name is Taniya, and I will be your moderator for today's call. Thanks, James, and thank you to everyone joining our call today. I'll spend a few minutes on the highlights of the quarter. Then I'll focus on the opportunities that I expect to drive strong performance going forward. Following that, Craig will review our financials and our guidance, and then we'll take questions.
