Thank you, Alexis, and welcome. We're excited to have you on board as our new Head of Investor Relations for Hain Celestial. Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining the call today. This is my first full quarter with Hain Celestial. In the past 4 months, I've had the opportunity to visit many of our locations across North America and the U.K. to explore our operations and connect with our local teams. I've learned about the market potential of our brands and the growth potential in our categories.
