Thank you, Brooks, good morning, and welcome everyone to our first quarter earnings call. We appreciate all of you joining us this morning with me on the call today are Chairman and CEO, Roberto Herencia; Lindsay Corby, our CFO; and Mark Fucinato, our Chief Credit Officer.
