Good morning, and welcome to BrightSpire Capital's third quarter 2022 earnings conference call. We will refer to BrightSpire Capital as BrightSpire, BRSP or the company throughout this call.

And before I turn the call over to Mike, I will provide a brief recap of our results.
The company reported third quarter 2022 GAAP net loss attributable to common stockholders of $20.5 million, or $0.16 per share, distributable loss of $24.7 million and adjusted distributable earnings of $32.3 million, or $0.25 per share. The company also reported GAAP net book value of $10.87 per share and undepreciated book value of $12.08 per share as of September 30, 2022.
