Thank you, Betsy. Good morning, and we appreciate you joining our call today. We are pleased to report that our net income totaled $26.8 million for the fourth quarter or $0.95 in diluted earnings per share. For the full-year, our net income more than doubled compared to 2021 to $101.3 million or $3.60 in diluted EPS. This is record annual net income for our company.
