Earlier this morning, we announced the merger of Limestone Bancorp Inc. Limestone has $1.5 billion in assets and operates 20 branches in 14 counties in Kentucky. We anticipate closing the merger during the second quarter of 2023. We're excited about this partnership and our expansion into strategically important markets in Kentucky.
