Thank you, Operator, and good morning, everyone. As Laurie mentioned, I am Hilton Howell, the Chairman and CEO of Gray Television. Thank you all for joining us on this first quarter 2022 earnings call. As usual with me today are Gray’s executive officers, our President and Co-CEO, Pat LaPlatney; our Chief Legal and Development Officer, Kevin Latek; our Chief Financial Officer, Jim Ryan; and our Chief Operating Officer, Bob Smith.
