Thank you. Good morning, everyone, and welcome to Enviva's fourth quarter and full year 2022 earnings conference call. We appreciate your interest in and support of Enviva, and thank you for your participation today.
On this morning's call, we have Thomas Meth, President and Chief Executive Officer; Shai Evan, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Our agenda will be for Thomas and Shai to discuss our financial and operating results and to provide an update on our current business outlook and operations. Then we will open the call up for questions.

It is important to note that as a result of the simplification transaction we announced on October 15, 2021, we were required to recast our 2021 financial results in accordance with GAAP to reflect that transaction. Today, we will discuss 2021 historical financial results on a recast basis or non-recast basis, depending on the reference point.
