Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining the call. As the host said, I'm Rob McCormick, the President of TrustCo Bank. With me as usual, are Michael Ozimek and Scot Salvador. We'll follow our regular format for the call. I will provide highlights, Mike, our CFO, will provide a detailed review of the numbers and Scot will cover the loan portfolio, leaving time for questions at the end.
