Thank you, Ted. Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining Mercantile Bank Corporation's conference call and webcast to discuss the company's financial results for the second quarter of 2022. Joining me today are members of Mercantile's management team, including Bob Kaminski, President and Chief Executive Officer; Chuck Christmas, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer; and Ray Reitsma, Chief Operating Officer and President of the Bank. We will begin the call with management's prepared remarks and presentation to review the quarter's results, and then open it up for – the call to questions.

This morning Mercantile released its second quarter financial results which portrayed another solid quarter earnings and grow as we reach the midpoint of 2022, and positioned us well for a strong second half of the year.
