With me today, I have Omar Asali, our Chairman and CEO; and Bill Drew, our CFO. Omar will summarize our second quarter results and provide commentary on the operating landscape and Bill will provide additional details on the financial results before we open up the call for questions. Thank you, Sara, and good morning, everyone. I appreciate you all joining us. We returned to top line growth in the second quarter on a constant currency basis. We have now turned positive year-to-date on a constant currency basis against extremely challenging volume comparisons versus the first and second quarters a year ago, where volumes were up more than 30% in each quarter.
