Thank you, Latanya. And good morning to you all. This is David Gladstone, Chairman of the Gladstone Investment Corporation.

This is the fourth quarter fiscal year ending 2023, the year ending is March 31, 2023. And earnings and conference call for stockholders and analysts of Gladstone Investment listed on NASDAQ under the symbol GAIN or the common stock. And then we have two registered notes.
